You can’t just go out and start running.
The more you practice, the more you develop.
This is why we need to practice aerobics.
Learn the right movements, and you’ll be a better athlete, too.
So get a good seat, grab your bike, and get going.
Start with just one, simple exercise, then move on to a few variations to get the best out of it.
If you’re not comfortable with aerobic movements, you can also do pull-ups.
To learn how to do a push-up, see our article on the most common push-ups and how to make them more effective.
If all that doesn’t get your workout going, you could also do a kettlebell pull-up.
That’s the perfect warm-up to do for the weekend.
You could also use a few simple sit-ups to start, or even do them at home if you’re feeling adventurous.
